A long-running pub and restaurant on the Gqeberha beachfront, at Shop 6 on the Boardwalk along Marine Drive, opposite the Boardwalk Hotel and close to Shark Rock Pier. Barney's traces its roots to a 1980s microbrewery and has traded here since 1991, with a covered deck looking over the sea. Expect pub meals, pizzas and seafood, a long list of draught beers including local craft, live music, sport on screen, a Friday happy hour and function bookings. Open daily from 8:30am until late.
