Kingfisher Park is the open, everyday section of the Norscot Koppies and Kingfisher Nature Reserve in Douglasdale, Fourways, reached from Alexander Avenue. The roughly 12-hectare park has wide lawns for fetch and shaded paths for slower walks, with water bowls and a tap for dogs, benches, a children's playground and a skate area for the family. Friendly, socialised dogs are allowed off the lead here, which makes it one of the better-known dog-walking spots in the Fourways area.
