Oakdale Petshop, long known locally as Oakdale Seed Shop, is a specialist pet supply store on Durban Road in Bellville that has been trading for more than 50 years. Its core business is bird seed, avian medicine and racing pigeon supplies, serving customers across Cape Town's northern suburbs and further afield, including Namibia. The shop also stocks general dog food brands, though birds remain the primary focus rather than dogs.
