Robberg 5

Robberg 5 Beach is Plettenberg Bay's main town beach, a Blue Flag stretch of sand running along Beachy Head Drive right at the entrance to Robberg Nature Reserve, with dramatic views across to the Robberg peninsula. It's used for swimming, sunbathing, long walks and surf lessons, and dolphins are regularly spotted in the waves. Restaurants, guesthouses and a dive operator sit nearby. Because the beach falls within the Robberg Nature Reserve's jurisdiction, dogs are not permitted here at any time.
