Rose's Puppy School runs foundation training for young dogs from a private garden near Somerset West, serving families across Stellenbosch, Strand, Kuilsriver and Gordon's Bay. The six-week course takes puppies aged nine weeks to four months in small groups of four to six, mixing supervised off-lead play, basic obedience, groundwork and TTouch bodywork. Positive-reinforcement methods are used throughout, and the school has been running since the late 1990s under trainer Rose, a ThinkingPets guild member.
