Texas-style smokehouse and bar on Hiddingh Avenue in Bergvliet, the second branch of the Simon's Town original. Meats go low and slow over wood: brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken with house sauces and sides, washed down with craft beer from the group's own Charlie's Garage brewery. It is a loud, relaxed room with live music on weekends, quiz nights, a kids' menu and a smoking section, and the venue says there is room for the whole crew, dogs included. Booking is recommended at busy times.
