Tribe Coffee Roasting

Tribe's headquarters roastery-cafe sits in Woodstock, where exposed brick and industrial fittings surround Bertha, the Probat roaster the team has run since 2011. Baristas work through up to nine origins at a time, sourced from countries such as Malawi, Guatemala and Rwanda, alongside pastries and cooked breakfasts. Since opening in 2008, the space has grown into a working hub for freelancers and neighbourhood regulars who linger at the communal tables between roasting batches.
