Held on the last Sunday of every month in Johannesburg's Greenside, this vegan market opens with morning yoga before moving into live music and a lineup of plant-based stalls — vegan cheese, biltong and faux meat feature alongside hippy-style clothing, jewellery and trinkets. The relaxed, community atmosphere draws a regular crowd of dog owners, with dogs a common sight wandering the market. A sister market has since launched at White Dog Taproom in Magaliesburg with over 70 stalls.
