Delta Park is one of Johannesburg's biggest green spaces, spanning roughly 104 hectares between Blairgowrie and Victory Park, about 10km northwest of the CBD. It's a longstanding favourite for walkers, runners and cyclists, with open grassland, mature trees and cosmos flowers in autumn. Dogs are widely reported to roam off leash across most of the park, and a private, fully fenced dog park within the grounds can be booked for exclusive off-leash sessions.
