Durban North Beach

Durban North Beach forms part of the city's Central Beaches, the stretch of coastline that makes up Durban's Golden Mile promenade. It runs for roughly 1.2 kilometres of golden sand and is set up for swimming and sunbathing, with lifeguards on duty. Its promenade-side position puts it close to beachfront cafes, markets and the rest of the Golden Mile's popular central beaches, making it an easy, central stop on Durban's seafront.
