Hole In The Wall

Hole in the Wall is a natural rock archway on Thompson's Bay, tucked between Ballito and Shaka's Rock on the Dolphin Coast. Best explored at low tide, the cove has a large tidal pool, smaller rock pools to explore, and photogenic views through the opening in the rock. The main beach is netted and lifeguarded, with toilets, showers, and a small parking area nearby. It draws a quieter crowd than central Ballito, popular for walks and photography.
