The hospital treats dogs and cats and holds Gold Cat Friendly Clinic certification, the first practice in South Africa to reach that tier. Facilities include a dedicated theatre block with digital x-ray, two sterile theatres, a dental and procedure room, a separate cat ward, and an after-hours emergency line.
