Kleinkrantz is a small seaside settlement on the Garden Route between Wilderness and Victoria Bay, its beach reached by boardwalk and stairs down from clifftop houses. Rough surf and no lifeguards make it unsuitable for swimming, but it draws paragliders, dolphin and whale watchers, and walkers. George Municipality has designated Kleinkrantz one of its leash-free dog zones, unlike the Blue Flag sand beaches nearby where dogs are banned outright.
