The City's Recreation and Parks Department maintains it with help from the active Friends of Rondebosch Park group, and it offers a children's playground, an outdoor gym, picnic tables and restrooms. Dogs are welcome here and owners are asked to pick up after them, making it an easy everyday walking spot for local dog owners.
