Kings Park Rose Garden lies in Bloemfontein, the self-styled City of Roses, and combines its namesake flower displays with open lawns and fenced sections for dogs. Entry is free, and there is shaded seating for owners while pets explore the grass. Dogs are welcome but there is no dedicated off-leash zone, so owners are expected to keep control of their pets on the open field. Bring your own water and waste bags, as the park does not supply either.
